OUR BOARD

  • Neil Poulton - President

    Neil has been involved in baseball since 1984, as a player and later umpiring and coaching.

    He was a founding member and served on the committee of Golden Grove Central Districts.

    He has a great passion for umpiring which led to working with SABL from 1992, including international events like the Olympics and World Cups.He has held various roles, including Umpiring Director and Technical Committee Chair for Baseball Australia.

    Professionally, Neil now runs Aethelon, a Baseball SA sponsor.

  • Nathan Davison

    Nathan is a seasoned sports executive in baseball; former Assistant GM, GM and CEO of BSA and current GM of the back-to-back Claxton Shield winners, Adelaide Giants.

    His background includes playing and coaching at the D1 club level and representing Australia.

    Nathan is known for his commercial acumen and stakeholder relationship skills, management, sponsorship sales, scouting, talent identification, and culture-based recruiting.

  • Nathan Green

    Nathan Green, with a robust background in youth and senior-level sports and corporate leadership, aims to contribute to Baseball SA's growth.

    His experience includes managing Junior Pathways Baseball in the USA, playing senior-level cricket, and leading the Boston Cavaliers Cricket Club.

    He brings strategic planning and team-building expertise to the board.

  • Kelly Wagner

    Kelly has come on board as an Appointed Director. She offers tremendous value to the Board with her wealth of knowledge in law, governance and marketing.

    Having recently been on the committee at Kensington and having two kids playing, she has a broad scope of the sport and it's inner workings.

  • Marcus Breach

    Marcus Breach brings more than 20 years of business ownership and management experience, alongside a longstanding connection to baseball and community sport. As the founder of Grind and Press and a long-time Goodwood Baseball Club coach, he would bring valuable commercial, operational and grassroots baseball experience to the Baseball SA Board.

  • Sarah Coligan

    Sarah Coligan brings extensive communications, partnerships and stakeholder engagement experience, alongside current sports governance roles with Basketball SA and Harness Racing SA. As Founder and Managing Director of Profiler PR and an Australian Institute of Company Directors graduate, she would bring valuable strategic, governance and community connections to the Baseball SA Board.
