Prospects Select

INTRODUCTION

The Prospects Select U16/U18 program is a 12-week elite development pathway designed to prepare athletes for success in upcoming Australian Youth Championship (AYC) tryouts and high-performance baseball environments.

Led by Baseball SA State coaching staff, the program delivers professional-level instruction focused on the exact skills, situations, and mental tools that will be tested during representative team trials. Players will benefit from intensive on-field training and game-specific development guided by current National Team, ABL and State League players and coaches, alongside Baseball SA's High Performance staff.

SELECTION

This program is ideal preparation for selected U16 and U18 athletes striving to take the next step in their baseball careers, with a focus on performance, professionalism, and preparation for elite-level competition.

All players, regardless of prior involvement in BSA programs are required to attend the relevant trial session to be considered for selection.

Prospects U16/18 commences in July and concludes in late September.
