2026 BARCLAY CUP

After another exciting year of growth and development, Baseball SA is proud to announce that we will once again be entering the 2026 Barclay Cup. 

Following back-to-back Gold Medals, we’re aiming to make 2026 our biggest and strongest campaign yet. 

The 2026 Barclay Cup will be held from Sunday 27 September to Saturday 3 October 2026 at Springvale Lions Baseball Club, Melbourne, Victoria, bringing together the nation’s most talented young female baseball players for a week-long showcase of skill, determination, teamwork, and sportsmanship. 

This prestigious tournament continues to honour Jacinda Barclay, who made an incredible impact on women’s baseball and sport in Australia. 

We are once again aiming to enter multiple South Australian teams, providing even more athletes with the opportunity to compete on the national stage and continue developing their game. 

Why Participate?

Who are we looking for?

  • Players interested in trialling for the teams to register their details for the trials (Trial dates to be confirmed) 

  • Coaches/ Executive Officers interested in being a part of the teams in any capacity to submit an Expression of Interest  

Player Eligibility

  • Registered in any Baseball SA competition 

  • Born between 1 September 2009 – 31 August 2013

  • Tournament Dates: Sunday 27 September to Saturday 3 October 2026 

  • Tournament Location: Springvale Lions Baseball Club, Melbourne, Victoria 

  • Player Registrations Close: Monday 20th July 2026 at 5pm 

  • Coaches EOI Close: Monday 20th July 2026 at 5pm 

  • Trial Dates: To Be Confirmed
