We advise that the South Australian Baseball League’s 116th Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 26 July 2023, commencing at 6:30pm at Adelaide University Playing Fields, Entry off Burbridge RD.
Please note that the AGM will NOT be streamed virtually this year.
Any special business submissions for this meeting must be sent to the General Manager (GM) in writing 21 days prior to the AGM, being 5 July 2023.

We also request that all voting members and RSVPs be provided in writing to the GM prior to close of business 7 days prior to the meeting, being Wednesday 19 July 2023.
In accordance with the South Australian Baseball League Inc. Constitution and in line with the By-Laws, nominations are hereby called for the following board positions (descriptions can be supplied upon request to James Rawson - gm@baseballsa.org,au):
· Junior Operations Director
· Marketing Director
Nominations for all positions must be in writing, completed, signed, and returned to the GM no less than 21 days before the fixed date for the AGM, being 5 July 2023. Details of received nominations and any accompanying material received will be circulated to voting members 14 days prior to the meeting.
Once again, please note that in efforts to decrease expenditure, the Annual Report will only be provided as electronic copies, available via the Baseball SA website unless a print copy is requested in the registration process for the event.
Final agenda, including any received special business items, will be provided as soon as practicable.
