Coach Accreditation
New program effective 1 July 2020
Before being certified as an accredited coach, you must complete/have the following;
- Community Coaching General Principles
You will need to register with SportAus on the link to access the required course.
- Current Working With Children Check

- Complete modules A, B and C of the USA Baseball Certification (free)
Follow this link to access USA Baseball Certification
These modules will cover a range of topics, from dealing with abuse in sport to position specific training techniques.
All lessons are presented by former college and professional players.
Coaching level requirements:
Junior coaches - A, B
Charter/State coaches - A, B, C
Div 1 - 3 Senior and Women's coaches - A, B, C
Div 4 - 7 Senior coaches - A, B
Follow the USA Baseball Certification link and set up an account (including postal address - required).
Click on your required level of certification and add to cart (free)
Proceed to checkout and submit order
You will be able to access the certification level modules once checkout has been completed.
Once training has been completed, please send a copy of your report/certificate to Baseball SA - highperformance@baseballsa.org.au
Following completion of Level C theory certification, there will a small physical component which will be run shortly. Please contact the office for further information.
