Work out at home with this basic month long schedule to get you off the couch and active in your own home.

It's aimed to keep things simple, focus on wellbeing and provide an option to maintain a healthy life style all in the comfort of your own home!

We have 7 days to follow. The sets and repetitions have been added to challenge yourself, or just follow along at your own pace for the enjoyment or remaining active!
