Little League Coaches Announced

Adelaide Rays Head Coach - Cooper Marsh

Cooper is a 2 time National Champion Pitcher representing SA. He begun his coaching career in 2017 helping with the Adelaide Bite Academy and has since worked his way up the ranks within the Adelaide Rays organisation. He is very passionate and loves working with young aspiring baseballers.

2020 will see Cooper take on his first head coach role with an experienced support staff behind him. He is a great example of what the international charter system represents in relation to developing new players and coaches. We are excited to see Cooper take to the field with the Rays Little League this year.

Adelaide Marlins Head Coach - Andrew Couzner

Andrew Couzner Returns for his second year as the Little League Marlins head coach. In 2019 Andrew lead the Marlins to their first state title in their short history. Andrew pitched for the Adelaide Giants in the 90s and has recently begun his coaching career with East Torrens. Andrew runs a tight ship and has years of knowledge and experience to pass onto these fortunate kids. We are lucky to have such an accomplished past player giving back to the Marlins community and look forward to see what he has in store for the 2020 season.

Adelaide Seahawks Head Coach - Tim Lavis

Heading up the Seahawks Little League team this year is Tim Lavis. Tim is another product of the Charter Development system having coached a very successful development campaign for the Seahawks in 2019. Tim is an excellent communicator and has many years baseball experience and knowledge under his belt. He is a passionate coach with the players best interest always in mind. We are pleased to have Tim onboard and look forward to watching the progression of his coaching career.
