New Role: Operations and Introductory Programs Manager

Baseball SA has recently made some significant changes within its organisation structure, aiming to further develop its operations and provide an enhanced pathway and opportunity for the state. With the introduction of Matt Williams to the office who will take over the Charter District Administrator role, along with the reassignment of Giang, Baseball SA is poised to take its programs and initiatives to new heights.

 

As part of the organisational changes, Giang, who previously held the Pathways and Development Manager role, is moving into the new position of Operations and Introductory Programs Manager. This role will be specifically geared towards the administration and management of SABL competition, Sporting Schools Programs and supporting clubs expand their T-Ball programs.

 

The establishment of the Introductory Program side of the role is structured for individuals new to the sport, allowing them to gain fundamental skills, knowledge, and a passion for baseball. By offering a clear and accessible entry point, Baseball SA is committed to nurturing and expanding the sport's base, ultimately creating a strong foundation for future growth.

 

With a focus on collaboration, community engagement, and investment in resources, Baseball SA is poised to cultivate a thriving baseball community in South Australia. By embracing newcomers to the sport and providing them with a solid foundation, Baseball SA is laying the groundwork for a bright future and sustained growth in the local baseball landscape.
