Welcome our new Performance Pathways Manager!

Baseball SA is excited to announce Austin Gallagher as our new full-time Performance Pathways Manager.
Austin ‘Gally’ Gallagher is already a well-known face in the baseball community, and he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his new role. His impressive playing history ranges from MiLB, Independent League, ABL, SLBA and spending time in the Bundesliga in Germany. He is a skilled coach who recently led the State Women’s team to their bronze medal at the 2023 Australian Women's Championship.
"Gally has been a great addition to Baseball SA as the interim Performance Pathways Manager and I think he is going to take the program in a great direction. We look forward to him joining our team in a full-time capacity," said BSA General Manager, James Rawson.
"I'm very excited to work for the league and hope to improve the quality of play as a whole,” Austin Gallagher says.
“We have some very talented players in South Australia as well as many who want to improve and get better and it's my job to allow these athletes to become the best players they can be.”
“ I look forward to working with the players, coaches, staff, and families along the way with a goal of maximising our potential in this great game of baseball."
